The Personalized Action Plan and Pay Per Bill are one-time payments made at checkout. The Annual Plan is paid upfront for the year. Pay Per Bill is refunded if we do not reduce that bill. The full $499 Annual fee is refunded only if we do not reduce any bill handled under the plan.
With Pay Per Bill, if we do not reduce the bill, we refund the $129 fee. With Annual, we refund the full $499 only if none of the bills we handle under your plan are reduced. If we reduce at least one bill, the Annual fee is not refunded. The Personalized Action Plan is not included in this guarantee.
Yes. You can cancel renewal at any time. Your access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for; cancelling does not automatically refund the current annual term.
No. Our pricing is flat, you pay the same fee whether we save you $500 or $50,000. No commission, no percentage cut. Most other services charge 10-25% of your savings.
