mediloop
For PEOs, staffing and workforce platforms

One medical bill benefit across every client and worker.

Your clients are small teams without a benefits department, and your workers range from fully covered to not covered at all. mediloop gives every one of them a direct place to send a medical bill and a specialist who works it. People work directly with mediloop, and you receive agreed aggregate reporting.

The gap

Nobody at the client company is going to read the bill.

A 20 person client does not have a benefits team, and a staffing firm cannot work individual bills for thousands of placed workers. So the bill goes unchecked, or the question comes back to you.

Coverage is uneven

Some people are on a full plan, some on a high deductible or minimum essential coverage plan, and some have no coverage at all. All of them can end up with a bill they cannot read or afford.

Small clients, no HR to ask

The owner or office manager is not going to compare a bill with an EOB or call a hospital billing office for an employee, and should not have to.

The question lands with you

When there is nowhere else to go, bill questions reach your service team, which can explain the plan but cannot work the bill.

What the person receives

Real help, from first review to resolution.

01

Understand the bill

A mediloop specialist reviews the bill and any supporting documents, explains what they show, and identifies the questions that need answering.

02

Find the right route

Depending on their coverage, that may mean checking the bill against the EOB, applying for hospital financial assistance, asking for a self-pay rate, arranging a payment plan, or pursuing an eligible dispute or negotiation.

03

Handle what comes next

For eligible cases, mediloop follows up with the provider or insurer and keeps the person updated until the available path is complete.

A defined pilot with one segment first
How a workforce pilot works

Start with one segment, not every client at once.

That might be a group of client companies, one region, or one worker population. We would rather prove it on a defined slice than agree a full rollout before either of us knows how it performs.

01

Agree the segment

Who is eligible, which case types are supported, how people hear about it and reach mediloop, the data boundaries, and what success looks like.

Questions PEOs and platforms ask

The honest answers.

Yes. mediloop works bills for insured and uninsured people. For someone without coverage the routes are often self-pay rates, hospital financial assistance and the good faith estimate dispute process, rather than an EOB review.
That is the idea, but we would start with one segment so both sides can see how it performs. Eligibility, communications and pricing are agreed before launch.
Agreed aggregate reporting about program use and outcomes. Individual case documents and medical bill details are not routinely shared with you or the client company, and any different reporting or data flow must be explicitly agreed and appropriately authorized.
Not to start. The lightest first step is a link from your platform, onboarding materials or benefits portal to mediloop's intake. Eligibility files or SSO depend on your setup, so we scope them rather than promise them.
Not currently. People work directly with mediloop, and the intake, communications and case handling are mediloop's. That is also what keeps individual bill casework away from your team and your clients.
There is no published commercial model for workforce partners. Pricing for a pilot is agreed based on the eligible population, scope and case allowance. If you need a specific arrangement, raise it in the first conversation and we will tell you plainly what is possible today.
Submit the partnership form with a note about your clients or workforce and what happens today when someone has a medical bill they cannot handle. We will review the fit and arrange a scoping conversation.
